      Pros

      Its an weird (awesome) phenomenon that people here are REALLY nice. In Silicon Valley, that's not always the case. Management genuinely cares about your growth and overall well-being. People say hi to you when you walk down the hall. Its a positive high energy environment.

      Cons

      The environment is super fast pace. Its only a con if that's not the speed you operate in. The ramp up period is steep and can be overwhelming.

      * Smart/nice/funny people * Challenging work * Plenty of growth opportunities * Constructive environment * Flexibility of work & work/life balance * Fun culture with lots of events for team bonding * Dog-friendly

      Cons

      There are too few senior engineering managers. We're actively trying to hire more, we have very high culture/technical standards (which I think is a good thing).

      Pros

      You get a lot of freedom and responsibility to make changes and drive your career forward and make a big difference in your role.

      Cons

      Since we "grows leaders" there tends to be a lot of new managers which can be difficult, but there is a new management program that should target this.
