      Pros

      Awesome team, they really treat interns well. Happy hours and tons of intern events. Mentor was very helpful and approachable, sometimes a bit busy during on calls. Amazing project and left feeling like I made a huge impact.

      Cons

      No return offer. They said they over hired new grads which could be a company issue or an industry circumstance.

      - Company's on an incredible growth trajectory. - Product ads unique and differentiated value in the market. - Everyone on the team is amazing to work with. People are super talented and driven (while still being nice). - No politics culture. - Great career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      - Have to be good at managing your own time. There is always a lot to do and it can be easy to burn out if you are not self-aware and take on too much without asking for help.
