Pros

LiveRamp gives people a lot of opportunity to take on meaningful work. I can only speak to the business side of things, but the work is fluid and there is a lot of opportunity to take on something new or to develop a new set of skills. The people are also friendly--there isn't much/any office politics and people seem to be genuinely nice/helpful

Cons

LiveRamp is owned by Acxiom and thus has accountability to the public markets, which takes away some of the startup thrill of spending loads of money with limited accountability

Pros

Great Lifestyle/Benefits/Compensation such as Catered Meals/Team Outings. Liveramp is doing well and has deep pockets and is willing to spend on employees and lifestyle/perks. Flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation policy - as long as you use decent judgment and get your work done. Lots of autonomy to do what you feel will best add value to the role/company - no micromanagement. Company is a leader in its space and always undertaking new initiatives to stay that way.

Cons

Product Operations role seemed to have little to no upside in career progression with learning curve plateauing out quickly. Role had high turnover at lower levels and at team leads. In my specific team, very little room for growth or career progression. Flip side of being very hands off is that direct manager and other managers in team had the attitude that they would prefer you not need to come to them for anything. Felt like contributions/effort were not valued at all quite often - and was pretty clear from colleagues and manager that while my work, while necessary/important to operations, was undesirable. Literally zero emphasis on coaching/feedback, etc. Issues starting to show with scaling/nimbleness (for example, too many cooks in the kitchen on decisions, people feeling like their opinions aren't adequately heard or accounted for, etc). A lot of bloat in the organization, especially on the Business Development roles in the organization. Don't become penny-pinchers but rein in some of the unnecessary expenses like exorbitant T&E by employees for little good reason.
