Pros

LiveRamp management is definitely focused on coaching people to grow. I've been given more responsibility over time which has nudged me outside of my comfort zone, but I feel like I've learned a lot from it. The people are a major plus - they're nice, motivated, smart, and fun to be around. I know every company says this about their employees, but you'll have to take my word for it. I hang out with a number of people I've met from work on the weekends. From my own experience and what I've heard from co-workers, LiveRamp is big on recognizing growth and employees adding value, and will give raises that reflect this. I'd also like to call out Hackweek as a positive part of my LiveRamp experience. Being able to work on whatever you want that you think will benefit the business for 6 days is a great opportunity to experiment and is surprisingly fun. In terms of perks, the thrice-weekly catered lunches are generally pretty good. We have the SF tech company accoutrements: ping pong, Super Smash Brothers, and a beer fridge (yes people actually use it). Gym memberships are subsidized.

Cons

Some of our tech is on the older side e.g. we still use Cascading. At times, we need to scramble to put out fires. The engineering team as a whole probably spends too much time fixing things. Coordination is becoming a bigger time sink as the company grows.

Pros

Full transparency into company goals and progress at all levels. Open and responsive colleagues that make time to help educate and train. Great culture inside and outside the office to win and have fun doing it.

Cons

Common issues for high growth companies like standardizing process while maintaining some autonomy, lots of opportunities that have to be prioritized to maintain focus and quality, keeping everyone in the loop on news/activities, and expanding footprint into new offices and markets.
