Pros

People - Everyone is super smart and hardworking, but at the same time everyone is humble and nice and willing to help. Even if LiveRamp was doing something else, I'd be equally happy because of the people I work with. Culture - There is a lot of emphasis on responsibility and ownership. You grow by taking more responsibility on the team. We don't hesitate to experiment and fail; individuals are given a lot of space to try new ideas, both for technical and non-technical challenges.

Cons

We are a growing company and dealing with growth pains. We don't have well defined processes for a lot of organizational things like career paths or promotions etc. and that's part of our culture. We expect folks to deal with ambiguous complex problems.

Pros

Great team, great culture, good perks, business is going well

Cons

The company has grown very quickly so there are some growing pains: could improve clarity around organization, ownership and responsibilities, automation of tasks, stability of production services, etc.

Pros

I think if you ask people at LiveRamp why they stay at the company, most folks' #1 reason will be the people and culture. At LiveRamp you get to work with smart, nice people who are (mostly) humble and all trying to improve and work together to make the team successful. We work on really challenging technical problems, which is great if you like that kind of thing.

Cons

Being challenged and working with ambiguity on hard problems isn't for everyone. If you want to be hand-held and told exactly what to do (like you may be used to from being in college) then you might be better off in a more process-oriented environment.
