Pros

- Amazing growth opportunities for accelerating your career! - Great product that offers unique value in the market. - Surrounded by smart and passionate people who inspire and challenge me every single day. - Dog friendly office :)

Cons

- No one is going to tell you how many hours to work or explicitly define all of your tasks. You have to be fairly independent and comfortable taking ownership on ambiguous projects, which is not for everyone. - Lots of over-achievers. It's definitely easy to get burned out if you don't monitor yourself and remember to leverage the unlimited PTO policy!

Pros

- Career Growth: Ideal place for new graduates. LiveRamp has a supportive environment where you are given freedom to explore opportunities and seek out projects and areas you are interested in. Moving between teams is encouraged when you have the passion and drive to make yourself, your team and the company successful in the process. - Physical environment: The office space is great with a variety of desks, couches, dining tables, etc. You can decide to sit next to the kitchen area as your regular seat if you wanted to! - People: Incredibility smart people with lots of ambition to succeed! - Activities: There are a lot of events to attend (if you want) organized by the company or amongst friends. It's really up to how much you want to attend or not attend. - Food: You'll never go hungry or thirsty here! There is a variety of catered food, DIY sandwiches, snacks (health and non-healthy) and beverages. - Work/Life Balance: Schedules can be demanding, especially if you're at the beginning of your career and feel like you need to "prove" yourself. However, your schedule is up to you and how much you want to take on is on your terms. If you feel like you're going to burn out then you need to speak up and managers here are open to this type of discussion and will help you work out the best solution.

Cons

- Lack of seniors to share their experiences and/or be mentors. - If you are in a senior position, you may not feel like there are as many career growth opportunities for you depending on the area of work or speciality you're in. - Lack of structure. This means there's a lot of freedom (a good thing!) to do what you want to do. But as teams continue to expand and have dependencies across other teams, there needs to be a minimum set of guidelines so that the communication is effective. - Most of the team events are in the evening which can be difficult for those who live further away, have family commitments, etc.

Tremendous level of responsibility and wonderful experience!

Pros

- Really smart and proactive coworkers. Most people you work with are driven and are people you can trust to get the job done. - Extremely high levels of responsibility given! This is huge, especially if you work well with few rules. - No micromanagement. You are expected to set your own goals and get your work done. I love this the most as I personally don't work well with managers who hover and need to micromanage. - Coworkers know how to have fun! The admin team does a tremendous job putting on fun events, and the culture encourages all employees to get to know each other and be social!

Cons

- Sometimes easy to get caught up in your own team and not know what other teams are doing. Would be awesome to understand the strengths and skill sets valued in each part of the company.
