Pros

LiveRamp is a medium size company, that offers a lot of opportunities for growth. People are genuine, extremely smart and talented, and willing to share their knowledge, which makes working very pleasant. As an employee, you are given a lot of responsibilities, you are expected to be fast, to seek learning, and to branch out. This culture is what makes LiveRamp unique, and working here as been the best experience possible.

Cons

Fast paced environments can be challenging and stressful, but LiveRampers know how to minimize the impact of stress and help each other out.

Pros

+Fast growth and open culture that encourages experimentation +Hires for potential instead of experience +Willing to let people try new roles and grow into them - you're not stuck doing what you were hired to do +Great pay, benefits, and perks

Cons

-Upper-management decision-making can feel opaque, but then paradoxically plans may get communicated that are clearly not fully-formed and end up evolving over the course of months -Growing divide between the engineering/product side and the customer support side as product direction moves towards self-service; customer success & implementation remains focused on making their work easier, not always the same thing

Pros

The CEO is very focused on culture. People feeling happy, getting feedback and growing is incredibly important to him. There is very little regrettable attrition at LiveRamp because of this. Everyone is stretched. No one is bored. There is a big stress on trust and mutual respect and transparency about everything.

Cons

The main problem LiveRamp has is most of the leadership team, including the executive team, have never worked anywhere else before. LiveRamp is at a critical point in its growth and it would benefit from more experienced leaders who can guide the ship vs really smart people learning as they go.
