Pros

- LiveRamp's created a new product category in "connectivity" offerings that promise to revolutionize marketing and and make ads better and 100x more relevant for everyone - Extremely high caliber people who are nonetheless fun and well rounded human beings - Company culture emphasizes all the right things: growth, empowerment, transparency, humility, no politics - Strong social life available if you choose to participate, a lot of people form strong friendships here - Awesome leadership team that cares about team needs and how people feel - Great synergies with Acxiom on brand, privacy and customers

Cons

- Some decreased emphasis on feedback and empowerment as the company grows quickly and teams get bigger, though management says they are working to fix this - Signs of increasing bureaucracy from Acxiom and a level of cultural mismatch in expectations, speed of execution and the hiring bar

Pros

Work at LiveRamp is fast paced where things and people move quickly. Doubling in headcount every hear means that there is a lot of opportunity for growth. Management compensates those who have the talent and put in the effort, which makes office politics a minimum. A lot of the managers were trained at LiveRamp which shows that Engineering truly prefers to grow the people who have worked here.

Cons

A quick response time is often demanded, which can cause a stressful environment. Bureaucracy from Acxiom is slowly seeping into the culture. Right now, this is outweighed by the growth opportunities provided by Acxiom, but it is hard to tell what LiveRamp will be like 5 years later.

Pros

Best team I have ever worked with. Smart, nice people who get things done. In sales, I can't imagine a better company to be part of right now. It's the best product on the market and there is a real need for it, great product-market fit.

Cons

From a sales perspective, as we grow, we get more and more competition. This is generally a good thing for a business, but it makes deals take longer to close.
