Pros
I am super happy at LiveRamp. From day 1, I was given all sorts of responsibilities and have felt empowered to do these tasks well. Managers trust that their employees are working hard and don't micromanage. We are constantly having conversations about career growth and what skills we'd like to accumulate. Aside from the culture of trust and growth, LiveRampers know how to have fun. We have a yearly camping trip, weekly events (trivia/crafts/cooking classes/etc.). Most people don't sit at their desk during lunch, we're encouraged to eat with our peers.
Cons
Of course, as a 170 person company tries to double and triple in size, there are bound to be growing pains. Some of the processes we have in place are not scalable. Management is working on this, but I think it will take time and more growing pains will keep popping up.
