good comp, work life balance - no accountability and overly political

Pros

*good comp *good work life balance

Cons

*promotions are a popularity contest - if your manager likes you enough, career progression is easy. Otherwise, good luck *no long term strategy -company has a 90 degree pivot every 2-3 years *no culture - management has a 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality *only the specific projects/efforts prioritized by the executive team are worked on and incentivised. This makes it so everyone jumps on the same things and no one collaborates.

Pros

Employee reimbursements, benefits were okay

Cons

Terrible culture of constant attrition, gossip, backstabbing. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. One of the worst managers I ever had in my career.
