No work-life balance

Pros

Great people, free lunch/snacks/drinks.

Cons

No work-life balance, disjointed leadership, benefits are expensive considering the size of the company, raises are rare and bonuses are non-existenet. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days. Constant reorgs coming from the exec suite make it a very unstable environment.

LiveRamp alum - Thanks for sharing your experience. We have a distinctive culture here at LiveRamp (including our annual camping trip!) and aim to be open about who we are—especially our hyper-growth and the typical scaling dynamics that come with it. I'm glad to clarify that we do in fact offer bonuses for many roles; those bonuses are on-par with (and often ahead of) our peers'. Thank you for giving LiveRamp a try, and please let me know if our team can support you in the next step in your career. - Brandon

Pros

TL;DR dog-friendly, pet insurance, catered lunch/snacks galore, happy hours at the back bar, gym reimbursement, and of course all medical, dental and vision. I absolutely love working at LiveRamp. I started working here a little over a year ago and wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Every day I come to work with a smile on my face because I get to see my second family. When you spend 8 hours a day away from your family/home, you want to make sure that you are spending it with the right people. I know that when I wake up in the morning I'm going to work but it always feels like I'm going to see my friends. At LiveRamp, there is a great work-life balance. I can go home when I need to or bring my dog to the office if she can't stay home for the day. My team is inspirational + supportive. There's not much more you can ask for.

Cons

Cons: Growing pains - we are getting bigger so that means that there are some hiccups but I have faith that our executive team is working on these pain points.

Pros

The salary and benefits package are good, which is one of the few strong points of working here.

Cons

Senior management lacks vision and often makes short-sighted decisions. There’s poor communication from the top, and feedback from employees is rarely acknowledged or acted upon.
