Pros
1) Great people / mentors / colleagues / - very much a team, family vibe within each of the different divisions. Great diversity in terms of background gender. Well over 50% of employees are female for example.
Feels like Google or Salesforce in the early days (based on what I read and hear about Google and Salesforce) - as such there is unlimited potential for middle manager to grow and take on more responsibility - lots of demand for smart, young, but experienced pros who want to be leaders.
A good work life balance overall (we work hard and efficiently but try not to stay super late).
All in comp (esp equity) is materially higher than most tech cos based on my imperical view having worked at other places in similar roles.
Also, given the early stage, there is a belief internally that the valuation is set to expand materially over the next 3-5 years as LiveRamp grows.
Challenging in a good way - it very much feels like a company at the tip of the spear of tech, identity and customer experience. We're constantly solving big problems that we think are really important.
Relevant - this company is positioned at the center of many of the most interesting topic areas in tech including Artificifial Intelligence, Privacy, Big Data, Software as a Service and Connected TV. We're also beginning to work in new areas like Healthcare that I find super interesting!
Cons
Requires a lot of energy, our workforce is very young which is great - but 1) it can be a challenge for those who are not millenials to integrate into the open office layout, 2) The company is growing fast so for those used to static sort of status quo - it requires evolving and keeping an open mind.
