This comment is a good reminder that we must continue to train up employees in order to continue to support our team and their career paths. - Employee Empowerment: LiveRamp will challenge you, grow you, give you flexibility to drive change ----- if you see the need for change, they empower you to drive that change - Company Values: LiveRamp stands by its people, and when you need some time and space to take care of very important things with family, they happily make that space and support you in every way possible - Growth: LiveRamp is growing so fast that there is ample opportunity for those looking to grow with the company

Cons

- With growth, comes the challenge of sometimes being behind on hiring.... we are catching up, but this can be painful as we staff to meet the needs of our products for our customers
