Pros

- Benefits are stellar - Pay is at or above industry counterparts - Company yearly meetups are exceptional - Amazing diversity and cultural activities

Cons

- Directors and upper level management are out of touch. Old guard has been around forever and doesn't take responsibility for own missteps. - Lack of transparency in hiring process. Hired as a frontend expert only to be put in a legacy system to work on backend code. - Really rushed projects where quality is greatly sacrificed. - Lots of pager duty overtime. Products are released unfinished and buggy. - Told we are embracing remote in a letter from the CEO, but 6 months later we were told everyone needs to return to the office. Then we laid off most everyone we hired as remote only (outside of office range). - Engineering teams are tired and quick to pass the buck as they have to much on their plates. - Bad company outlook with stocks which is a good percentage of your pay

Pros

Unless you own a time machine, none

Cons

Zero respect for employees, zero communication. Leadership only cares about LT (Leadership Team). There's a reason the overwhelming majority of TA is GONE - either on their own or laid off. Take a look at their stock price

Pros

Good people that care about other people have been driven out of the company (both voluntarily and involuntarily)

Cons

LTeam is stuck in brick and mortar days by calling for a return to office. There are a number of bullies on the LTeam that hold the rest of the leaders hostage. And the CEO does nothing to intervene. The propaganda that is being broadcast about people first at LiveRamp is utterly laughable.
