Pros

Smart people throughout company - great to learn from

Cons

Disingenuous people with lousy onboarding system; Unless you are part of older group/clique - you will be talked about behind your back. They try but cannot explain what they stand for or trying to sell. Had Layoffs of 10% of company in Nov 2022 just so they can make their earnings call look good several days later. Sales lousy and stock down so have to try to save face.

Pros

Benefits package -- honestly it is what kept me motivated to stay when I saw peers leaving that started when I did. I had high hopes when I started and really did think it was going to be a great place to work.

Cons

Onboarding seemed ok until it wasn't -- It was commonplace to hear "Oh I didn't know anything until I had been at Liveramp for at least a year." That should have been a red flag rather than a reason to stick it out. Went through four different managers in my short time with the company and none of them were particularly good at management. Seems to be a bit of a "boys club" and I did not fit in. My team did not operate as a team which was incredibly disappointing since I was really looking forward to collaborating and learning from my colleagues.
