Pros

They hire really great, interesting, and effective people. The benefits employees receive are very generous, and they have a fun work culture.

Cons

They’ve outgrown their startup size, and held onto startup culture a bit too long to ensure change (ie scaling back) is gradual vs sudden.

Pros

The paycheck and perks offered. Some amazing people.

Cons

The leadership team does not communicate at all. Male ego and power-hungry dominate the culture. The right hand does not talk to the left hand. There is zero collaboration and a lot of inter-fighting between teams which makes accomplishing goals almost impossible. I was recruited to work here and was not set-up for success from day one. When I raised concerns about communication, processes or offered my support, I was told more then once to "stay in your lane." Management does not make time to manage their employees. They are not trained to manage people and are only concerned with daily tasks. There is no big-picture thinking. The great culture promoted is all talk and zero action. I would strongly advise not to work here.
