Pros

Good people that care about other people have been driven out of the company (both voluntarily and involuntarily)

Cons

LTeam is stuck in brick and mortar days by calling for a return to office. There are a number of bullies on the LTeam that hold the rest of the leaders hostage. And the CEO does nothing to intervene. The propaganda that is being broadcast about people first at LiveRamp is utterly laughable.

Pros

I was in the Global Customer Support org and there are some positives: - Smart and helpful peers, office hours were great - Integration owners for big third party issues was helpful - Good health insurance - Really good PTO - Lower-level managers generally have their teams’ backs - I know there were opportunities for advancement in my org that I could have pursued had I stayed

Cons

- Salary inequity. I left largely because I found out I wasn’t paid the same as my colleague for several months and not enough was done to fix it. - Middle management clashes: goes hand-in-hand with the above, but I felt like I was bullied by my boss’s boss for asking for fair pay. I was told I needed to be “less aggressive,” even though I was being definitely underpaid and under-rewarded for my performance and experience. Ultimately I felt punished for advocating for myself as opposed to supported like a good manager would have done. - “The customer is always right” mentality definitely caused me some burnout supporting clients that wanted beyond what our technology could offer or support. - Too much hiring of new people for new teams/accounts without helping those currently underwater.

Former teammate - I'm really happy to hear that while in the Global Customer Support org you had smart and helpful peers that had your back. It sounds like you had a career path in place had you stayed so I regret that there were things that like salary inequity that led you away. Like many in the industry we have and will continue to review the data and make the necessary adjustments if we see that someone is not in their correct range however ones equity is not based only on having the same role, there are many other factors considered. If you are open to discussing this further, our People & Culture team can arrange a conversation to dig deeper. We work hard to develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity here at LiveRamp. When we fall short, we want to use those experiences to learn and grow. I know that you have moved on but we are still listening. I wish you the best of luck in your new role.

Pros

Used to be great place where people could thrive and do a great job!

Cons

The new L-Team on the P&C is ridiculous. Make adhoc and poor decisions. We don’t hear from management. Stock price is tanking and our CPO loves TikTok

We are driving the People & Culture organization to be more forward thinking in the space of human capital trends. During my tenure, I have brought data to the forefront of all decision making. Leading in challenging times is difficult and not everyone will agree with decisions that are made. I am confident that as all LiveRampers lean in we will deliver exceptional results. My team and I are committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback. My best, Sharawn Tipton Chief People Officer
