Pros
Many excellent people, good mission, good processes to handle most problems.
Cons
A year ago, I would have recommended this company to anyone. It's full of excellent long-term colleagues. We sometimes get to work directly with senior management, and ask them questions. Now those longtime colleagues are disappearing suddenly, with no explanation. Senior management is unresponsive or actively rude, and no one feels safe. Apparently priorities have changed, and respect for employees is no longer a value.
