      Pros

      If you are looking for a job where you can just show up, clock in, get through your day and go home, Lively isnt for you. The culture of Lively is one of the best I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Lively truly takes pride in finding the best of the best to nurture the culture and values of the company! You're not just a number amongst other employees. They take pride in each individuals accomplishments and goals and ensure they are noticed and celebrated! It's a great feeling knowing you matter and cared for.

      So far, I havent experienced any. Its been great and I highly recommend giving Lively the opportunity to really change the way you work

      The people you work with are amazing.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, between the CEOs, Marketing Managers, and Sales managers. The Marketing manager was just collecting a check every two weeks, she didn't bring any value to our sales team. There's no structure in place and decided to do layoffs instead of taking care of their team and implementing a structure to make money, for all of us.
