The culture is a breath of fresh air. Every staff member is kind and caring to each other as well as to residents. The leadership at all levels is supportive and empathetic to their employees and treat them with respect at all times. I love how every department interacts with one another and that the staff has the ability to float from one department to another in order to help out when needed; providing welcomed development opportunities. The company strongly encourages and supports personal and professional growth.

Friendly coworkers, wonderful residents, and I really appreciate the retirement plan for employees--great match on money that I contribute. Good opportunity for growth for employees. I know a lot of people who started as a CNA or a server in dining services, and have worked their way up to management positions. Health insurance plans are good--cost for employee is really low. More expensive if you add in family members.
