Pros

-Pretty flexible and understanding leadership -Can work remote in some positions or hybrid -Growing -Not laying off, even in the fields most impacted by layoffs

Cons

-Some of the leadership is not great, particularly when it comes to communication and organization. Can be too many "cooks in the kitchen" at times, which also makes communication worse and makes it harder to get things done in a timely fashion or to even understand how you should do something, what to do, etc. -The mixed hybrid/remote/in-person thing doesn't work as well as it could and adds to problems with communication and inefficiency. A lot of employers try to blame these types of things on the employees in the media, but I think it's definitely on LoadUp's end with LoadUp--mostly because they're more so in-person first. -Poor pay and awful benefits. I'm significantly underpaid for my type of position. How bad you think the benefits are is relative, i.e. depends on what you've had in the past. I've had unlimited PTO and 100% paid health, dental and vision, for example. LoadUp is nowhere near that. Still, their health insurance plans are the worst I've seen.
