Pros

I have truly enjoyed working at LoadUp. It has been night and day different based on previous places I work, and they really put an emphasis on making sure employees are taken care of and a priority. It’s refreshing to work for a company that walks the walk.

Cons

The only con I’d say which is only a con if this isn’t your preferred environment is there are always changes and shifts in a startup-like environment. I personally enjoy the changes and new challenges as it keeps things fun and exciting, but if it’s not your cup of tea then that’s something to consider.

Pros

Everyone that you work with is wonderful and incredibly helpful! Management listens and receives feedback extremely well. They're always looking and eager to make changes if it means the company and people will be more successful in their roles.

Cons

Might be an adjustment if you're not used to the "start-up" culture, but nothing super negative
