      Welcoming + Flexible + Team Oriented Environment

      Pros

      As a fairly new team member, I've felt nothing but fully welcomed by the team! My responsibilities are clear and everyone I've worked alongside has been collaborative and helpful. The flexibility of working from home also adds to a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the wifi strength in the current office + the size of the office but there are rumors of us relocating to a new office soon so not sure if I'd count that as a con.

      The interview process is the WORST! The company is disorganized and the people that work their have zero personality. Turnover!
