3 weeks PTO to start! Flexible 4-10 schedule. Awesome colleagues.

Cons

Terrible health benefits. Only option is high deductie health plans and the policy is out of network for most providers in my area. In an emergency I would have to pass three hospitals that are better but out of network to go to an in network hospital.
