Pros

WLB, grad school tuition reimbursement, 4x10 or 9x80 schedule, 401k match, low stress, sometimes interesting work

Cons

Things move slow at LM and its easy to feel like your career is plateauing. Promotions are often rewarded based on time at the company/in industry instead of actual impact. Great place to learn about a discipline for a few years, then leave for something more exciting where you'll pick up more responsibility.
