Pros

Great Benefits - I have had some of the best benefits packages I have seen working at LM COVID Friendly - This company really ensures that personal safety is maintained and that everyone is getting what they need.

Cons

Job-Fishing - I've been at the company for 3 years now and first two positions I've held were literally not as described within the job posting. I showed up for 2 different positions and was shocked that what I signed up for wasn't what I was going to actually be doing Management - Some of the team leads or managerial staff just aren't concerned about your actual career or ambitions. They do not provide assistance in progression. Although I have seen a few people promoted with zero qualifications.
