Pros

Defense still has access to the most important capabilities for national security- and the importance of defense jobs can not be understated. The defense industry has the most interesting applicability and jobs.

Cons

Process is old. The company does not care about it's employees. We don't even have free coffee. We spend money really poorly- as a taxpayer, we waste tax dollars on constant meetings, with little productivity, and mis-used process.
