Pros

Great benefit options for employees to include medical, dental and vision. Incorporates online website to access almost anything you can imagine for your own personal data. Starting pay is above par compared to other companies for a similar position.

Cons

High turnover rate in areas which causes lack of experience in critical areas. Not necessarily a company problem but still creates problems none the less. Some training programs take a while to get spun up which leaves employees waiting for critical training.
