Pros

Plenty of travel if you desire it.

Cons

Company cheats you out of overtime pay. They won't pay time and a half. I had to get the US Department of Labor involved just to get the past two years of overtime back. The Chesapeake office still owes me three and a half years of overtime,- something I'll probably have to get a lawyer involved in. Also the management has no backbone. They are ALL afraid of the shady program director. How does a company like Lockheed Martin let this happen???
