The company offers good benefits and a flexible schedule when needed. For the most part good people to work with, and good job security because of the large and long-term contracts.

Cons

Being a government contractor means a lot of slow processes and red tape to fight through to get things done. Also the culture at Aeronautics FW necessitates moving around to different departments to gain good raises and/or promotions.

Interesting work changes day to day, top level view of how projects are managed and completed in a very large defense firm.

Cons

Compensation structure is stiff and slow, any young stars will be looking for new jobs shortly after they realize this. UNFORTUNATE
