Now part of Lockheed Martin. Decent Pay, Good Benefits, Good leadership communication. Interesting and challenging work on both military and commercial helicopters.

Cons

Sometimes slow to make decisions, too much bureaucracy, ACE operating system is not well executed, Pay is a bit low, Sometimes management makes short sighted decisions. No true flex time.

Pros

Good Company with flexibility to move around if you have a good manager

Cons

I transitioned to a position I could not escape from. The work was fabulous, but my manager was not. My biggest mistake my own fault for not paying for external training. I was stuck to a program for seven years and could only get project management or system engineering training, but I am a software engineer and couldn't get any training approved. I was laid off when we lost the contract to GD without any current skills since the my program was ~ 20 years behind the state of the art.
