Business Outlook
Pros
Had a great group of people that I worked with - hardworking and good personalities. It was a challenging position and at times had to work long hours, but the team I worked with fantastic making it worth it.
Cons
Difficult for growth - very strict adhering to HR guidelines as to who qualifies to be in what level (ex. someone short 6 months of experience had to wait 6 months to get promoted even though they were already doing the work of the higher level). Also had to adhere to the 'bell curve' for year end ratings/increases. Salary and compensation package were fair.
