Business Outlook
Pros
Super solid company to work for. Always work to do, even if it's not always the most glamorous. No layoffs in many years. Pay is fairly competitive especially when you factor in 401k match and bonuses. Respectful culture. People are there to get work done and try to do the right thing.
Cons
Easy to stagnate if you don't advocate for yourself. Moving around inside the company is a common way to grow, as in-role promotions become harder to come by at higher levels. Bureaucracy can definitely hamper progress and be frustrating to deal with.
