Big company lots to take in. Several years ago, I could see the potential. Now, they want to have a person do several levels of work above them, then when there is a mistake, ask why there is a mistake.

Cons

Big company can be left behind. Cutting back way to much and yet continue to stay top heavy. Cut at the top.
