Love the people I work with but the beaurocracy is maddening

- Most workers are experienced and kind - I have had mainly good managers - Feels very stable retention wise if you're in the right area - Company is FINALLY getting serious about using new technology and Agile processes

Cons

- The beauracracy can be maddening - In EO there are frequent re organizations that take up time and don't always add value - Leadership is constantly changing direction, frustrating to always start new things and not always finish things - Promotion/review process is long and frustrating
