Pros

Very interesting work and projects across various areas of engineering. From aerospace to satellites to material science, some of the work being done is fascinating. Good work/life balance.

Cons

It's a massive company so at times you may feel like just a number. In my five years with Lockheed, I had multiple issues with HR. I also don't feel like they give new and young employees enough opportunities for growth or promotion. Also compensation is slightly below average for engineers compared to other companies.
