Lockton is a Family and Community oriented company that has the well being of employees as a priority. They have a vast amount of technical and educational resources to help serve clients better and sharpen your expertise. They believe in including fun and activities into the culture to make it a better place to work. Salary is competitive and commensurate with skill and performance

Cons

More work flexibility and work from home opportunities are needed. More definitive career paths and training

My experience at Lockton has been very positive. I have found the environment to be very team oriented, positive and fosters growth. The depth of resources is really amazing, I have found experts and tools within the company to support my work with clients.

Cons

I have not experienced anything significantly negative at Lockton.

Pros

Lockton gives you the freedom and autonomy to get your job done. Steady double digit growth so job security is good. Growth organically and via acquisition as well. Currently offices in NC, GA, SC and FL. Benefits are commensurate with other companies. Pay, performance reviews and bonuses are fair. Voted Best Place to Work since 2009 by leading industry publication. Lockton is responsive to staffing needs. Great community citizen - Associates encouraged to engage in community service. Several annual company sponsored events - family pic-nic, Associate bowling, Holiday Party, etc

Cons

While autonomy is a plus as growth continues need for some basic process/procedure is developing. This is a good growing pain.
