Extremely flexible schedules, culture of individuality & freedom, work-hard play-hard mentality, frequent bonuses/raises, promote respect & open communication, many team bonding events between multiple offices, high paying salaries, great benefits, work from home days & travel, many offices throughout the world, company puts the employees first & genuinely cares & makes changes based on employee opinions/wants/needs, Privately owned(so important!!!), always new career opportunities, continuing education

Cons

To be honest, I've been working at Lockton for a year and a half and I can't find one thing that I genuinely dislike about the company. Lockton has lacked in training new employees in the past, but leadership has created technical training courses & individualized mentor programs which have helped the company to improve in that area

The best of both worlds - we have all the tools and resources of a large consultant, but are empowered to focus on clients first, leading to meaningful partnerships with them. Lack of bureaucracy and private status allow us to be entrepreneurial and invest in those areas that are going to allow us to best impact our clients' businesses. Strong focus on associate development, both technical and soft skills. Significant (effective) efforts recently to ensure culture is maintained and provide more structure and strategic oversight series-wide. No place I'd rather be!

Cons

Producer-run organization, which can be difficult to adjust to, if you are coming from a larger consulting house.

Lacking foundation - very new location. Can feel like trial and error for a lot of the basic processes.
