      My team leader at Locton went above and beyond trying to ease the chaos that stemmed from upper management stress.

      Cons

      Upper Management treated employees like grade schoolers instead of hard working adults who desired to fulfill their commitment to the company.

      Pros

      Hours are great and there are plenty of training opportunities. All the resources you could possible want are in house. People enjoy working there and are always willing to help. Location is incredible. Great president.

      Cons

      Pay! There is an obvious reason for early turnover. Pay is not competitive for the industry. Pay isn't competiitive for similar industries.
