      Wellness program is fun Extra holiday time for whole office There isn't much other than that that I saw as a pro

      Not appreciated for anything High micromanagement Treated like a target, if you're new Poor training Very strict management Health insurance is not great with prescriptions Lots of stand off-ish personalities Avoid this company, if you can

      Promotes opportunity for associates to obtain industry-specific education and designations; rewards appropriately those deserving associates; generous benefits and vacation; provides some fun engagement activities; will invest in you if you are committed to a long-term career.

      Cons

      Inadequate pay compared to competition, forces employees to seek offers elsewhere to increase salary; unusual time tracking of associates recently added - feels like micro management; no real distinction of "officers" roles and importance within the organization; internal promotions to senior leadership roles seem political instead of strategic; there is a push for remote working, but not yet 100% - leadership constantly questioning associates on both whereabouts and time/activity tracking.

      Pros

      It was a great environment to work in. Lockton has amazing perks and they do make a lot of effort to make sure the employees get a chance to meet each other through happy hours, off site events and awesome Christmas parties. Everyone there are friendly and very professional. Upper management were very friendly and open.

      Cons

      I had a manager that only seemed interested in her own career goals and spent no time with me or mentor me. I didn't have access to salaries but I did go in at a lower salary hoping to eventually make more money. I finally left and I'm making $20,000 more a year at my new company doing the same work. I wasn't given any opportunities to grow. I know that a lot of people did advance but I had already invested years and I was bored, broke and discouraged.
