      Uninteresting, unfair work/life balance.

      Pros

      Helpful coworkers. Beautiful front office. Very invested in the community and charity.

      Cons

      Extremely dull, repetitive work. Hours were the worst, 8am-5pm with an expectation to stay after if need be. Unfair work/life balance, get off late and come in early. Underpaid compared to industry standard. Dozens of tall dark cubicles made it feel very lonely and depressing.

      Pros

      It is a great company to work for that genuinely cares about their employees. They have many employee appreciation type events. Beer Fridays and an awesome xmas party every year.

      Cons

      They have the capability to work remote/from home, but will not allow it. Don't have a great Vacation day vs years worked perk. Not a great maternity leave program.

      Truly embodies the "We live service" motto, but at the expense of the employee.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Get ready to work 80 hours a week to meet expectations. Expect a client list that is too long to manage. Pay is low.
