      Lockton takes pride in being a great workplace, but it could improve in areas.

      Pros

      Workplace culture is driven to win but we have fun, and though there is adequate stress it is not overbearing. It's good to grow at one of the most reputable companies in the industry.

      Cons

      It seems as though there are limited paths for advancement if you are not interested in sales or being an account manager. The two paths present themselves as rather cookie cutter, uninteresting, and monotonous.

      Pros

      Great benefits, fun work environment, some career growth opportunities if you stay for a very long time. Knowledgeable management staff.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to competitors and other insurance companies. Alot of bureaucracy and infrastructure. It's not a very flat organization.
