      Pros

      Intelligent, hard working employees. Management in KC is doing a great job. I was always impressed with top level management.

      Cons

      Out in the field offices senior management runs by the "old boy" network. Getting ahead is by who you know not how hard you work. Sales staff that don't produce get to keep their jobs while employees that work so hard to support the business lose theirs. When times get tough loyalty and hard work means nothing.

      Salary good and benefits , pension etc

      Cons

      No loyalty or respect, saw someone who worked here for 23 years canned due to restructuring and new management who did not know this man , he was intelligent qualified and hard working in the marine department respected by his peers but counted for nothing. No work life balance , partners out for themselves and their own pocket at expense of morality and care for staff , nasty bullies
