      Pros

      Some of the colleagues I worked with were nice.

      Cons

      Miss communication between management and HR. Two faced people who are nice to your face but will stab you in the back as soon as they can. HR advisers that do not know what they talking about and also use bullying as there way to deal with matters. Agree to you having emergency leave however will then sack you for it.

      - Wonderful employees. Great team.

      Cons

      - Huge focus on hierarchy - Poor management. Manager is very controlling a "helicopter" manager. - Expected to work late very often and on weekends. - Inability to work from home despite the work being the type that can be done from home. - No flexibility with hours. You can come in 1-2 hours earlier and you are still expected to work late or till your hours are up. - Lack of cohesiveness with the team. - HR lacking in helping employees.
