      Good place to start and finish but not so great for mid-career people

      Pros

      Well respected in industry. Good clients with complex risk management needs and opportunities to learn. Flexible as long as you get your work done. Good resume builder.

      Cons

      It's a company for kids not experienced insurance professionals. The pay is way too low for what's required of you but they can get away with it as long as median income levels stay low in the community where the home office is located and folks accept it.

      Referral bonus after 90 days Wellness program

      Cons

      Executive management have relations with associates while married. Office politics get in the way of promotions Unit managers are not managers based on merit, they become managers based on time and service. Employee confidence with employer is low. No set rating scales to determine the bonus structure. Work life balance is not enforced: managers take advantage by reaching out to associates after normal work hours (cell, text, email, etc.)
