Good company to work for, grew too fast.

Pros

Great culture, mostly remote work, the teams across the company work well together.

Cons

Somehow there ended up being too much work where many employees feel burnout, but they also had a large reduction in force recently.

Found out I was training new hires who made 10k more a month than me. Left a month later. Raises, Bonuses, and promotions are Fully Golden Carrots that are never properly handed out unless you have some sort of nepotism advantage. All technology is more or less proprietary and will not aid you in transitioning to other employment. I liked my supervisors but they left shortly after I did.
