Pros

I've been with Locus for 5 years, and there is something different and special about this company. The tech is cool and the business case is there, but the culture is really unique. My manager cares about me, people work well together, there is remarkable transparency within the company and it seems like we try to hire for people who fit well with the company, and also do great work. I came here thinking it was a stepping stone, and 5 years later I've been had great growth and have never thought about leaving.

Cons

Fast growth means a lot of new people, and we moved from being nearly all in-person pre-pandemic to a lot of remote people now. Makes it tough to get to know everyone like we used to!

Lots to learn quickly .. at times can get lost in the shuffle but plenty of opportunities to engage and be proacitve
