      Pros

      The only pros are I was able to put in a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      Terrible Management. Company lost several jobs because of the Vice President getting involved in the field. Several people in management have no experience in Industrial Construction. Managers lie and embezzle money from company. Managment is always making racist comments.
