      Not really anything. Homphobia, racism, sexual harrassment are all rampant and widely accepted by leadership and executive level.

      Some positions get an end of year bonus.

      Cons

      Horrible company. Racism and discrimination run rampant. Upper level leadership clearly is there to protect the business and keep the status quo. Sexual harassment is rampant towards female employees with no accountability. Discrimination is a norm.
