Pros

-Great people. Like really great people. They really take their time to carefully select who to hire and everything is transparent. -Great product. It's easy to get excited about what we're building here. -Great insight into the company; another point about transparency, monthly townhalls, 1 on 1 access to the CEO and Senior Level Execs. No silos or ego/hierarchies (yet) -Great new office space! (We're in Downtown Crossing now!) -Great opportunities to learn and grow -Great compensation and office perks. Catered lunch 3 days a week, healthcare, 401k So...in a nutshell, pretty great.

Cons

It's a startup, things move quickly. You'll need to be prepared for change and flexibility; adapting to business goals is a must. Not a con, but a certain kind of person will thrive here, others may find the free-flowing nature harder to adapt to.
